I have been able to use what I’ve learned in Lynn’s class to help fight my insomnia problems. When  I find myself wide awake at 3am I close my eyes and think of Lynn’s calming presence and start to breathe deep and practice ujjuyi breathing. After a few minutes, my eyes roll back in my head and I’m able to find sleep again. Geoff
 
I can now sit in temple cross-legged with ease for the entire service. Prior to meeting Lynn I had difficulty sitting. S
