Getting Ready for Class

Don’t eat a heavy meal before class. Ideally, allow an hour to digest your food before practising.
Please bring a towel (or similar) that may be used to cover props that you might use during your class.
Please tell your instructor before the class starts if you may require special attention and/or modifications to poses due to special needs.
Yoga classes start on time -so arrive early and get yourself settled in.
Expect that modifications will be used in an effort to address individual needs. The beauty of this practice is that all are welcome.
