With the use of props and attention to alignment Lynn teaches how to open the body and quiet the mind, practicing in the Iyengar Style of Yoga. Specific, timed and tailored postures are explored. In an effort to penetrate deep into each layer of the body and ultimately into the consciousness itself. With meditation in action we are able to reach the calm within the storm.
